Visiting Lunar New Year Fair

With the Chinese New Year arriving in just two days, the city is getting festive and people are busy with Lunar New Year shopping. As in previous years, I visited the Sha Tin Lunar New Year Fair with my wife this afternoon. Besides buying flowers, we also took the opportunity to meet the residents in the district.

The weather was good today. Although the public holidays have yet to come, many were already visiting the little fair to share the festive mood, filling it with joy. I chatted with some stallholders and members of the public, offering them early season’s greetings.

As we bid farewell to the Year of the Monkey and welcome the Year of the Rooster, my wife and I wish you all a happy Chinese New Year.
