The Honourable Gary CHAN Hak-kan, GBS, JP

Aged 50. Mr Chan is currently a Legislative Council Member and Chairman of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong. He also serves as Non-Executive Director of the Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited. Mr Chan was formerly Council Member of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Member of All-China Youth Federation and Special Assistant to the Chief Executive. Mr Chan was awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star in 2026.
