The Honourable Jeffrey LAM Kin-fung, GBM, GBS, JP

Aged 74. Mr Lam is the Managing Director of Forward Winsome Industries Limited and Vice Chairman of the Business and Professionals Alliance for Hong Kong. In addition to serving as Chairman of the Vocational Training Council, he is also a member of the Hong Kong Tourism Board, a Council Member of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, and a General Committee Member of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries. He previously served as a Member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, as a Member of the Legislative Council and as Chairman of the Independent Commission Against Corruption Complaints Committee. Mr Lam was awarded the Grand Bauhinia Medal in 2023.
