The Honourable Martin LIAO Cheung-kong, GBS, JP

Aged 65. Mr Liao is a barrister and Legislative Council Member. He is Chairman of the Advisory Committee on Corruption of the Independent Commission Against Corruption, Deputy Chairman of the Hong Kong Jockey Club and Member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. He previously served as Chairman of the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (Financial Institutions) Review Tribunal, Council Member of the University of Hong Kong and Part-time Member of the Central Policy Unit. Mr Liao was awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star in 2019.
