The Honourable Martin LIAO Cheung-kong, GBM, GBS, JP

Aged 67. Mr Liao is a barrister and Legislative Council Member. He is Deputy Chairman of the Hong Kong Jockey Club and Member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. He previously served as Chairman of the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (Financial Institutions) Review Tribunal, Council Member of the University of Hong Kong and Part-time Member of the Central Policy Unit. Mr Liao was awarded the Grand Bauhinia Medal in 2024.
