Dr the Honourable Moses CHENG Mo-chi, GBM, GBS, JP

Aged 73. Dr Cheng is a practising solicitor. He is currently Chairman of the Council of the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong and Chancellor of the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui. Dr Cheng was the founding Chairman of the Insurance Authority, Opera Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. He is now the Honorary President and Chairman Emeritus of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. He previously served as Chairman of, among others, the Board of Education, the Education Commission and the Council of the Hong Kong Baptist University. Dr Cheng was awarded the Grand Bauhinia Medal in 2016.
