Mr Erick TSANG Kwok-wai, GBS, IDSM, JP, Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs

Mr Tsang has been Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs since 2020.

Mr Tsang joined the Immigration Department as an Assistant Immigration Officer in 1987. He became Assistant Director of Immigration in 2012 and Deputy Director of Immigration in 2014. He was appointed as Director of Immigration in 2016.
